The membership fee is not covered by insurance. This is a direct pay practice, and there will be a monthly membership fee (billed annually). It’s that simple. 

Yes. Every patient should have insurance. While all your visits with Dr. Jain will be covered by your membership fee, you will still need insurance for seeing specialists, hospitalizations, getting labs and tests, prescriptions, etc.

You can get your labs drawn in the convenience and privacy of our office. We will send them out to local labs (such as LabCorp & Quest) for processing. For imaging, we will send you to nearby vetted imaging centers. These centers will process those labs/imaging through your insurance as usual.

However, if you wish to continue getting your labs/imaging done where you have been doing them previously, in most situations it will possible to do that.

Dr. Jain has himself curated specialists who he believes will take excellent care of his patients. These include not only specialists at PAMF, but also at Stanford, and in the wider community. Appointments should be easier to get, as our network is much broader. Dr. Jain will coordinate your care with your specialists so that the experience is as seamless for you as possible.

And if you already have some specialists you are working with, you can absolutely continue seeing them. Dr. Jain will be happy to coordinate your care with the specialists of your choosing.

Absolutely – because you want to stay that way! Dr. Jain focuses on the 3Ps – personalized, proactive, preventive care. Our primary goal is to keep you as healthy as possible for as long as possible. He will work with you to prevent health issues from arising in the first place. His emphasis on early screenings for issues such as cardiovascular problems, diabetes, and cancer, as well as weight-management and longevity, will all benefit you tremendously.
